Group Buy 101
A group buy, or GB, combines community orders so everyone can access group pricing. Here’s exactly what to expect before you join one.
Individual orders are collected during the posted ordering window, then combined into one larger vendor order after the GB closes.
A whole kit is the complete vendor kit. A split kit is a smaller portion divided from a whole kit. Each listing shows exactly what is included and the price.
Submit your selections through EZFormz and follow the payment instructions shown there. A submitted form alone does not mean payment has been verified.
When a GB says testing is included, its listed price already includes the planned batch testing. Reports are posted when results are returned.
The estimated turnaround begins after the group buy closes and the combined vendor order is placed, not on the day an individual order form is submitted.
Read the complete listing, choose whole or split, submit the EZFormz and complete payment using its instructions.
After the deadline, paid orders are counted and submitted together to the selected vendor.
The shipment arrives, selected samples are sent for the testing described in the listing, and updates are shared in Discord.
Eligible orders are packed after the applicable testing step, then buyers receive their tracking information.

When a listing says “testing included,” the displayed group-buy price already accounts for the planned batch testing.
A split lets community members divide a full kit. The available quantity and exact price are shown on the linked order form.
No. EZFormz collects your order information and shows the payment instructions for that buy. Follow those instructions carefully and retain your confirmation.
No. Group-buy orders are final and nonrefundable because quantities are committed to the combined vendor order after the buying window closes.
If an early-shipping option is offered and you choose it, the order is released before results are available and does not receive test-based replacement protection. Waiting for testing keeps the order subject to the replacement terms stated on that GB’s form.
Product being held for results is handled under the replacement policy stated on that specific group-buy form. Any additional shipping or administrative charge will be disclosed in the listing or form.
Major milestones, delays and testing updates are posted in the dedicated community channel. Tracking is provided when your order ships.
Yes. Vendor transit, customs, testing and reshipments can affect timing. Approximately 4–6 weeks from the group-buy close date is a typical turnaround, not a guarantee.
